Here are some Frequently Asked Questions of help better guide you toward the service and product you desire:

1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Typical installation for residential jobs is less than three days.

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT TAKES MORE THAN ONE DAY?

We will remove and install only the windows we can finish in a day so you are not left with an opening for the night. All openings will be properly sealed prior to departure for the evening.

3. DO I HAVE TO RE-PAINT MY WALLS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

No. On retrofit applications, our process includes new window trim that is only slightly larger than your old trim, so there is no need to repaint.

4. WHAT IF THERE IS ROCK OR BRICK TRIM ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME?

No Problem! We cover the old aluminum window frame and your brick remains intact..

5. DO I HAVE TO REPLACE MY WINDOWS WITH THE SAME STYLE WINDOW?

No. Our consultant can work with you to determine the best styles for your home. For example, some people like to change from sliding patio doors to French doors or from single-hung windows to Tilt and Turn windows, or designer styles. We can also recommend glass for energy savings, sound reduction, and heat radiation.
